Good for you for planning a solo trip, sometimes those are the best kind for actually relaxing. I travelled alone to Dubai a couple of years back, also in February, and the weather was absolutely perfect for being outdoors. It was warm and sunny during the day, definitely comfortable for walking around the markets and gardens, but cooled down enough in the evenings to need a light jacket. You’ll have no trouble finding plenty to do.
